6. Inspection of seals and lubrication system

Many seals and lubrication systems are used in painting equipment, which require regular inspection to avoid equipment damage caused by friction or oil leakage. Regularly inspect and replace aging or damaged seals to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

7. Coating environment inspection

The operating environment of the device can also affect its performance. For example, excessive humidity or temperature may cause uneven coating or incomplete curing.
